Theresa Leslie, originally from rural western Iowa, has demonstrated a strong work ethic from a young age. Her dedication continued through college, where she balanced full-time studies with work, and broadened her global perspective by working as an Au Pair and studying abroad in Seville, Spain.

Theresa’s professional journey in telecommunications began at the entry level, progressing to executive positions including Chief Operating Officer and Financial Controller. This experience gives her unique insight into the challenges small business owners face.

If you asked me if I ever wanted to run my own business when I was younger, I would have said no. I can’t really say why. Anyway, here we are. After many years in the workforce, working my way to an executive position in operations and finance, it was time for a change. The crazy thing is… I had no idea what I was going to do next.
